Proven all-natural Virus fighters

When viruses erupt and spread, don’t panic. There exist proven, time-honored, all-natural remedies that fight viruses. The strategy is to make the human body unattractive to the virus, using such simple methods as inexpensive warm-steam vaporizers, a simple and easy salt/baking soda nose flush, and strengthening the body with elderberry, ginger, oregano, onions, garlic, and raw/unfiltered honey.

Other simple, inexpensive products include fresh spring water, Vitamin D3, Apple Cider Vinegar, and green tea.

These are not magic bullets, but wise weapons in the war against viruses.

Make a note.

Flu facts vs. fictions

You have heard, often and recently, that the best defense against influenza - the flu - is flu vaccination. The flu shot. The flu jab.

This is a fiction, and whether or not the flu shot is effective can be determined by flipping a coin, heads it is effective, tails it is ineffective. And those are about the odds for claimed effectiveness, very similar to placebo.

If the flu shot offers any protection, beyond the placebo effect, it is about 1 out 100. Truly, if 100 people are exposed to the flu, 2 people will most likely succumb to Influenza. That is 2 out of 100. If all 100 people in the test have the flu shot, it is most likely that 1 person will likely succumb to Influenza. That is 1 out 100.

The flu experts and media take this information and claim that taking the flu shot ups your chances by FIFTY PERCENT! (Using the logic that 2 out of 100 down to 1 out of 100 is chopping the number in half.) The truth is that looked at in the proper way, without a flu shot you have a 98% chance of NOT getting the flu, and with a flu shot the statistics change very little, you have a 99% chance of not catching the flu. That is a 1% difference. Is it accurately portrayed in the media? Absolutely not. Is it efficacious, beyond placebo levels? Absolutely NOT.

The efficacy of the flu vaccine is a myth (and a lot of money is invested every year in propping up that myth, money and lies) but more, it is an intentional lie to vaccinate as many people as possible, vaccinate them with a brew that has dangerous amounts of mercury (any amount of mercury is dangerous, but they will 10X this amount), contains aluminum (and will undoubtedly link to Alzheimers), as well as many more toxic chemicals and dangerous ingredients. All of this to boost your "protection" by a factor of 1%. They say it is safe, for children, for pregnant women—injections of mercury and aluminum, safe? It sounds diabolical to me, at conspiratorial levels. If there has ever been fodder for the existence of an Illuminati, an approaching New World Order, you have very strong evidence in the dangerous, worthless flu shot.

Wash your hands, this is what you hear alongside the flu vaccine claim, and unfortunately, this too, alas, is a fiction. Washing your hands does not protect you from the flu, nor does it aid in fighting the flu once you are infected. Washing your hands is a good idea, it is something you should practice, but it is not a very good protection against catching influenza. Wash your hands until the cows come home, and breathe in after someone coughs and all that handwashing did you nothing.

Vitamin D is a proven tripping point (hampering and hindering) for the flu. Vitamin D does not kill the flu, nor will it cure the flu, but it does aid the body in defending against the flu. Vitamin D consumption and bodily generation via sunlight is far more effective in preventing the flu than flu vaccination, or washing the hands. You can catch Influenza by touching things and then touching your mouth, but contrary to pop wisdom, this is not the chief way that Influenza is contracted. Do you breathe? Do you intake air? Boom, you are compromised, and washing your hands until your skin rubs down to the bones will do nothing against the Influenza virus that just landed on your eye, or was sucked up your nose, or struck you from that sneeze originating 30 feet away.

Hot-steam vaporizers are a proven tripping point for the flu. Influenza virus does not appreciate hot steam, balmy atmosphere, and warm air. Flu much prefers a cold, dry setting. You will notice that the media does not inform you to protect yourself against influenza using inexpensive hot-steam vaporizers, and yet the vaporizer is a much more effective tool than either the flu vaccination or washing of the hands.

Green tea effectively counteracts influenza. Note, green tea does not defeat nor inoculate against the flu, but it is another tripping point. Drinking green tea while suffering infection with the flu aids in hydrating the body.

The herb ginger is another good tripping point for the flu. Ginger strengthens the human immune system. Ginger soothes the stomach, aiding in the retention of life-giving hydration. Even when you have a fever, ginger will aid you in stomaching necessary water. Nauseous due to fever, or stomach flu? Ginger, add it to your tea, take it in spice form (add it to your food), and swallow organic ginger capsules (available inexpensively at most health-food stores). Ginger is an effective tool to aid in fighting the flu.

Elderberry (Sambucus) is a proven tool to use in fighting against the flu. Proven via studies, in the field against actual influenza outbreaks, as well as anecdotal wisdom. A natural distillation from common berries, nature aiding in battling the horrors that man inadvertently leashes upon the world.

Natural, raw, organic, unfiltered honey is the best remedy for the worst cough. Honey strengthens the body and the immune system (and it tastes pretty good). Take it by the teaspoonful. Add it to your green tea (with ginger). Honey is a proven remedy.

Fight the flu. Do not attempt to placebo your way to safety where the flu is concerned. Forget the sugar pills, and go directly to the very real time-tested remedies in defending your family against influenza.

Vitamin D endangering the system

Imagine a system where everything produced must be consumed, and when consumption slows down, the system begins to die, and so everything is geared toward increasing consumption. Everything in this system must inspire consumption, and every factor of the system must lead to increased consumption toward other aspects of the system, or again the system begins to die. It must be a system of constant degradation—things must constantly be wearing out and falling apart—in order that the system can be constantly built up and increased and perpetuated. Products in the system must be created so that they do not last, so that they fall apart, in order to feed the system by creating new products to build up the parts that are disintegrating.

This is a working system that ensures job opportunities to people working for the system, enabling these workers to consume the products of the system.

Imagine a health system based on this model, that things must disintegrate in order to build them back up. Think of it as a business, the business of keeping a person healthy. By "healthy," I mean that the person is alive, or somewhat alive.

If the person is not falling apart, the person is endangering the health system. To ensure that the person needs the products of the system, the person must be fed tiny amounts of poison. The poison does not kill the person. This is important, as the person is a very important aspect of the system machinery, really, the whole reason for the system's existence.

The person, fed poison, does not feel well. A small health-care product is provided and the person feels better. But to maximize the efficiency of the system, the provided health-care product must also contain a small portion of poison. This poison should not kill the person, or make them extremely ill, but only make them feel a tad off kilter, much as the original poison did, and thus ensuring that the person requests a different—or a variety—of new health-care products. Each health-care product should spawn a new set of symptoms and side effects.

The person is in a perpetual need of more products, both ridding the effects of products, while promulgating the need for an ever-broadening variety of new products.

Any kind of product not produced by the system, especially any product that is less expensive and safer than the system product, and any product that does not contain a small portion of poison, is in itself a threat to the system, and must be suppressed, or removed from the reach of any consumer. The consumer should be convinced of the danger of the "natural" product, and the safety and wisdom in consuming the system products.

As an exercise, label one of the inexpensive, out-of-the-system "natural" products as "Vitamin D." It is very important to convince the consumer that the so-called Vitamin D is dangerous, or that it should only be consumed in very small amounts, while a plethora of system-inspired products have passed rigorous tests and examinations by powerful committees of very important health-care system delegates. In every case, downplay the health benefits of this product, especially when it disrupts the poisonous effects of the system products.

Eventually, the system must incorporate the troublesome natural product, and a small amount of the system poison should be introduced, while simultaneously removing most of the natural health benefits. Assure the consumer that this new and improved version of the natural product, Vitamin D, is now safe to consume since it is now part of the system.

If Vitamin D can be produced naturally in the consumer's body through mere exposure to natural sunlight, then it is of utmost importance that the consumer must be convinced that natural sunlight is bad for them. As much as it is possible, keep the consumer out of the sun. Assure the consumer that natural sunlight causes cancer, and that only system products can battle cancer. Provide new products that may be applied to the consumer's skin in order to block the "harmful" radiation of the sun, thus ensuring that the natural product is not naturally produced in the consumer. Convince the consumer that producing and maintaining low levels of Vitamin D in their body is of utmost importance. Convince them that sunblockers are doing them good, are protecting them, and bringing about health in their children.

At all costs do not allow the consumer to become aware of the fact that the small amount of poison introduced into every system product is what in all reality causes cancer.

As an exercise, label the chief produce of the system as "medicine" and "drugs," all the while assuring the consumer that medicine and drugs are good, and necessary for even minimal levels of happiness and health.
